The Kaiju Series is the newest collection of hand forged knives from The Cooking Guild. Each knife is thoughtfully crafted using traditional Japanese San Mai construction, which is the same method once used to create samurai swords.
The blades feature a core of Japanese SLD tool steel combined with outer layers of AUS 8 stainless steel. This combination delivers excellent sharpness, strength, and rust resistance.
